RehabPalAI provides personalized, AI-powered physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs. Our Service includes:

• Initial assessment to determine your specific injury type and recovery stage
• Personalized exercise program tailored to your condition
• Real-time form correction and movement analysis
• Weekly program adaptation based on your progress
• Progress tracking and recovery milestones
• Evidence-based return-to-sport protocols

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

To use RehabPalAI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or older in jurisdictions requiring higher minimum age)
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your assessment
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

IMPORTANT: RehabPalAI is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before starting any rehabilitation program
• We strongly recommend consulting with your physician or physiotherapist, especially for complex or severe conditions
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience acute pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms
• RehabPalAI is designed to supplement, not replace, professional medical care
• If you have serious health concerns, seek immediate medical attention

By using RehabPalAI, you acknowledge that you have received medical clearance for rehabilitation and understand the risks involved in physical exercise.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or more serious health complications. By using RehabPalAI, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that:

• You are physically capable of performing the exercises in your program
• You will use the Service at your own risk
• You will follow all exercise instructions carefully and stop if you experience pain
• You are responsible for your own safety during exercises

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

• RehabPalAI is available at $19.99/month for regular subscribers
• Early subscribers receive 50% off for the first 2 months ($9.99/month)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

6.2 Billing

• You will be billed automatically on a monthly basis on the same date each month
• Billing continues until you cancel your subscription
• All payments must be made in advance
• We accept major credit and debit cards

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or any unused portion of your subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, graphics, and intellectual property within RehabPalAI are owned by or licensed to us. This includes:

• Exercise protocols and rehabilitation programs
• AI algorithms and technology
• All text, images, and multimedia content
• User interface and design elements

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

8. User Content and Restrictions

You may not use RehabPalAI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Service
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
• Share false or misleading health information
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RehabPalAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of our Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.
